Hi,
I made a booking on 3rd June from Hyderabad to Delhi, the money was deducted and the booking was not completed. I raised a dispute with my Kotak bank and they informed that the issue is on your end and it shows as settled from your side.
Please look into this issue. I am affected by this issue and need resolution as quickly as possible.
The payment was made through Kotak PG and the amount deducted was 4185.00 Indian rupees.
